Plastics component is made of polypropylene (PP). The raw materials used in the process of the top plastic cap injection molding are polypropylene resin and polyethylene colorant, the process is to mix uniformly mixed them, using an injection molding machine to provide a suitable temperature and pressure, and inject them into product moulds after melting to get desired shaped plastic part. – The part of al-seal is made of aluminum sheet with model no. 8011, the al-seal will be washed by soft water and dried before assembled with plastics component. – The al-seal and plastics component are assembled in clean room class 100000, before to loading in PE bags the finish production will be inspected by automatic inspection machine and also washed by ion wind to reduce and avoid the particle.
